General Questions:
No. We don’t Provide raw photos or videos. We eliminate duplicate images, test shots, missed focused shots, shots with bad expressions and other images that may dilute the overall product delivery. Reaming we edit ( Light correction ) and give the photos. Between We sort most of the photos, so you wont feel anything missing.
For videos we edit and provide one video of raw footage.
However, on occasion, we may provide RAW images along for an additional fee and restrictions.
Yes, of course. We have in house team for Traditional Photography , Candid Photography, Traditional Videography, Cinematography and Album Designing.
We shoot and deliver the Photos in JPEG format and Video in Mp4 format.
We deliver the photos and videos in DVD or Client’s Pen drive or Hard disk.
we also give Google Photos link and YouTube ( unlisted) link which can be send to the relatives and friends you wish. We also Recommend to upload the data on cloud or drive from your account.
We accept Cash, NEFT, Cheque, Card Payment, online payment link.
To block the event date, you must release the Advance Amount. Once the Amount is paid we consider it as confirm order and block our calendar as per requirement. We also work on First come first Basis, thus it is advisable to pay the advance and confirm your order.
Yes, We have our owned Professional Photo and Studio Setup in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. Also, We have our Owned Photo Framing and Picture Gallery, Fortune Elements, in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai
It depends upon the Event and the session. Normally in wedding session we are packed with the shoots, we also provide the delivery timelines on Invoice. But on the broader note for wedding Photos ( Edited Soft copies link) we give in around 30 days. For Wedding Video, it takes around 45 Days. (For wedding video it is advisable to provide songs of your choice before wedding or immediately post, in case you wish to add as per your choice, else it takes lot of time to change and re-edit the same) .
For Album, It has lot of dependencies, thus it takes longer time, on an average if client is very prominent in Providing selected Photos, approval / Changes /Approval of Album designing then it takes around 45 month to get the Printed Hard-copy.
We do courier the album but it will be chargeable for both Packaging and Courier.
In case your event is extended, it will be chargeable. Also, if the evening event is extends post 11 then client has to provide the Cab charges for the Team.
Also, in many cases we do have scheduled shoots, in that case Team will leave. Its very important to provide the Event Time ( It will be mutually beneficial for both) while booking.
We have shot at hundreds of venues, so there is a good chance that we have. However, if we have not, we will get to the venue early on the day of and be sure to perform a thorough walk-through to scout out the best photography locations.

Yes, we have experience in many fields of photography.
By default Yes. We will be using few Photos and Cinematic Video as Our Portfolio in our Marketing Material and on Social Networks. But we wont be using the same for direct selling for Stock Photos and Videos. In case you don’t wish to do the same, you need to confirm this while booking the order itself, their are high chances that we might not take up your assignment.
It depends on the Event. But we don’t have any number as such. We click as many required per event and as per our experience we are always endup giving more. The usual Number of Photos expectation can be around 300 for a day event.
You have the right to reprint images whenever you want. However, you may not sell your images for profit.
Remember, We delete the date post 30 days from the date of delivery of Soft-copies.
There is a Rs.5000 charges for providing the Photo and Video Copy, in-case its available to retire from our System. Else we will wont be able to re-deliver it.
Unfortunately no. Advance fees are used to reserve your date. Once we’ve reserved your date, we do not accept new clients for your date. Advance fees is consider as 30% of the Total Project Cost.

Its not Mandatory, but incase your budget fits then we can check for Open Space at wedding Venue and Local Authority permissions.
Its tough to understand but easy to implement when you assign one of your relative the same task to make sure they are being captured. Its clients responsiblity to make sure all the close relatives Group Photos are been taken. We are happy to click as many as people some for Group Photos and requests.
